Our Approach:

Each month at Milton Keynes Gymnastics, we offer themed sessions to engage and captivate our little gymnasts. Our carefully planned themes allow children to explore various aspects of gymnastics while incorporating their favorite characters and stories. From superheroes to animals, every month brings a new and exciting adventure for your child.

Session Structure:

Our preschool gymnastics sessions begin with a lively group warm-up accompanied by music. During this time, children engage in hand apparatus or movements, encouraging coordination, rhythm, and flexibility. This energetic start helps set the tone for an active and engaging session.

To ensure a well-rounded experience, we rotate around three pieces of apparatus, changing every two weeks. This approach ensures that children get exposure to a variety of gymnastics equipment, allowing them to develop essential motor skills, strength, and balance. Our dedicated coaches provide guidance and support to help children navigate the equipment safely and confidently.

After exploring the apparatus, we bring the children back together for a group cool down. This final phase allows for a calming end to the session, promoting relaxation and flexibility.

Badge Program:

At Milton Keynes Gymnastics, we believe in recognizing and celebrating the achievements of our young gymnasts. That’s why we offer a badge program for our preschoolers. Twice a year, children have the opportunity to earn badges, certificates, and medals as a testament to their progress and dedication. Our badge program is designed to boost confidence and instill a sense of achievement in our little gymnasts, fostering a love for gymnastics and a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
